Rules for using an evidence-led adult directory
These Terms explain what Yellow Pages Adult provides and what visitors may do. They also explain where YPA’s responsibility ends and why an evidence label is not a safety guarantee or endorsement.

Who these Terms cover
These Terms apply when you browse or otherwise use the public Yellow Pages Adult website. Yellow Pages Adult (YPA) is the public operating name of an independently operated editorial project in the USA. This wording does not state that YPA is a registered corporation or limited liability company. YPA does not currently offer a public member account, newsletter, checkout or paid subscription flow. Passive browsing does not create an account or membership relationship with YPA.What YPA provides
YPA publishes directory routes, editorial guides and evidence-led records about adult, dating, gambling and adult-game platforms or formats. The site helps readers locate information and inspect selected fields; it does not operate the external platforms it discusses.
The practical boundary
YPA provides information and navigation. It does not promise access to a platform, a match, a payout, a winning result, performer authenticity, content availability, account approval or a particular outcome.
Adults-only access
You must be at least 18 years old and at least the legal adult age where you live to use YPA. If you do not meet both conditions, do not continue to use the site. YPA does not currently operate a public age-verification account flow. External platforms may apply separate age, identity, location, KYC or payment checks. You are responsible for reading and following the destination’s requirements.Using the site

Links may take you to websites that YPA does not own or control. The destination decides its content, account rules, payments, refunds, withdrawals, age or identity checks, privacy practices and availability. An outbound link is not automatically an endorsement, ownership statement, safety finding or commercial recommendation. Review the destination’s current terms and policies before creating an account, paying, uploading information or interacting with another person.Contact submissions are requests, not public UGC
Contact Us lets you send an email address, request type, relevant URLs, a message, a privacy response and an optional primary-source URL. YPA may use that information to receive, verify, assess and answer the request as described in the Privacy Policy. Sending a request does not grant YPA a perpetual right to publish your message or personal information. If YPA wants to reproduce a submission publicly, it must first have separate permission or another lawful basis. Do not send passwords, payment details, government identifiers, explicit personal media, malicious files or information you are not authorised to share.YPA content and third-party rights
YPA’s original editorial text, site organisation and original visual material may be protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Access to a public page does not transfer ownership of that work or grant permission to republish a substantial part of the site or database. Platform names, trademarks, logos, screenshots, linked material and quoted sources may belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on YPA does not imply ownership, sponsorship or endorsement. Copyright notices and removal requests can use the DMCA route.Automated access must respect the site
Search tools, research tools and other automated systems must respect YPA’s robots instructions, technical controls and reasonable request rates. Do not evade blocks, overload infrastructure, imitate a person or authorised service or use automated access to compromise security. Technical access to a public page is not permission to copy, sell, falsely attribute or republish a substantial YPA dataset. Any broader feed, dataset, licensing or reuse arrangement requires separate written permission.Commercial relationships do not rewrite evidence
A platform’s presence on YPA does not by itself prove that a commercial relationship exists or does not exist. Where YPA may receive compensation from a specific link or action, the relationship should be disclosed clearly before or near that action. Compensation must not change a source, evidence state, correction decision or comparison conclusion. YPA does not sell VERIFIED status, favourable evidence or a hidden ranking position.Privacy and website security
The Privacy Policy explains current website measurement, security, Contact Us processing and available request routes. Security and anti-abuse controls do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or free from every threat.Availability, decisions and liability limits
YPA is provided on an as available informational basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, YPA does not guarantee continuous access, complete coverage, error-free content, platform availability or a particular decision or outcome. You remain responsible for your own decision to visit or use an external platform. To the extent permitted by applicable law, YPA is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by an external platform, a third party, a changed external term or reliance on information after its checked date.Rights that cannot be waived remain. Nothing in these Terms excludes a duty, liability or consumer right that applicable law does not allow YPA to exclude.
YPA publishes general information, not individual legal, medical, financial, security or gambling advice.
Changes and applicable law
YPA may update these Terms when the site, evidence system or applicable requirements change. Material revisions should receive a new checked date. Continued browsing after a change does not remove rights that applicable law makes non-waivable. These Terms do not currently select a special governing-law jurisdiction, court venue or mandatory arbitration forum. Laws that apply to the operator, the visitor and the activity continue to apply.
