Who may use YPA
YPA is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. If the law where you are located requires a higher age or another condition for accessing adult-industry information, that stricter rule applies to you.
Do not use YPA if you are under 18, below the applicable legal age, or accessing the site on behalf of a minor.
What you may encounter
YPA is an editorial directory and platform-intelligence project. Its subject matter is for adult understanding and may include:
Adult platforms
Profiles, directories and evidence about adult entertainment services.
Dating and relationships
Adult dating services, access rules, privacy and commercial terms.
Gambling
Casino, betting and gambling-platform information intended for adults.
Adult games and guides
Adult-oriented games, formats and editorial explanations.
Outbound destinations may display sexual or pornographic material, mature themes, gambling interfaces, user-generated content or purchase flows. YPA does not control what an external service shows after you leave YPA.
A warning is not the same as age verification
The current YPA public browsing route does not ask for identification, biometrics, payment data or another technical proof of age. A visitor’s decision to continue therefore must not be described as proof of identity or verified age.
This page does not claim that a written 18+ rule alone satisfies every age-assurance law. Whether a technical check is required depends on the service, content, functionality, users and jurisdiction.
External platforms run their own access controls
A platform linked from YPA may require age confirmation, identity checks, payment eligibility, account verification or location-specific access. Those controls belong to the external platform and do not become YPA controls merely because YPA links to them.
Check the destination’s current terms and privacy notice before registering, paying, uploading information or viewing restricted content.
Your location can change the rule
Adult content, gambling, dating, identity checks and age-assurance obligations differ by location and can change. YPA does not promise that every subject or destination is lawful, accessible or suitable everywhere.
If access is restricted where you are located, do not attempt to bypass a technical, legal or platform control. YPA content is informational and is not legal advice.
Use current household and device controls
Parents and guardians can use controls available through current devices, operating systems, browsers, app stores, routers, mobile networks or internet providers. Choose tools appropriate to the people, devices and services in the household, and keep them updated.
No tool replaces active supervision, account security and age-appropriate conversations. YPA does not endorse a specific parental-control vendor on this page.
Technical age assurance would require a separate privacy design
If YPA later introduces an age-verification or age-estimation method, it must first define the legal scope, data minimisation, processor, retention, security, accessibility and review process. The Privacy Policy and visitor-facing explanation would need to be updated before any new age-related data is collected.
The current warning page itself does not request an ID, date of birth, biometric sample or payment proof.
